Case Studies: Real Results Across the GCC

Nine engagements, each one started from a competitive read of the actual market before a single campaign went live. No generic channel checklist, no template account structure copied from the last client.

TL;DR: Nine real engagements spanning teacher training, fine jewellery, B2B lighting manufacturing, integrative healthcare, heavy equipment dealerships, dessert e-commerce, dental clinics, UK immigration compliance and B2B contract furniture. Each one is built around the specific way that industry's buyer actually searches and decides, not a repeated template.

NaisEdu

Education · Professional Courses for Teachers

  • UAE

570%

Increase in lead forms, WhatsApp & Meta inquiries

NaisEdu has been issuing KHDA-approved teacher training diplomas out of Dubai since 1993. That kind of institutional accreditation carried almost no weight with a teacher scrolling past it toward something that felt cheaper and faster, a familiar name like Udemy. The site already ranked reasonably well; the real problem was that thirty years of credibility was reading as slow and expensive next to a five-dollar self-serve course.

Rather than guess at better copy, the starting point was a direct audit of Udemy's own course pages and reviews, specifically which words and reassurances actually got a teacher to pay for something. Career progression, formal accreditation, real classroom relevance, that language got rebuilt into every course page, then matched with Google and Meta campaigns aimed at how this audience actually converts: a WhatsApp message or a short lead form, not a contact-us email.

Carat Craft

E-commerce · Fine Jewellery

340%

Lift in sales across channels in 12 months

Carat Craft sells engagement rings, wedding bands and IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds from a single storefront in Ibn Battuta Mall, a business built for foot traffic in a category where the buying decision is almost never made at the mall. Someone shopping for an engagement ring researches for weeks first, certification, pricing, lab-grown versus natural, and nearly all of that research was happening on someone else's website.

The fix was building out Google Merchant Centre feeds SKU by SKU, so specific rings and price bands, from AED 1,000 entry pieces through AED 4,000+ statement pieces, actually surfaced in Shopping results, backed by remarketing aimed at researchers who hadn't converted yet. Organic content on IGI certification and lab-grown diamonds ran alongside it, targeting the comparison questions buyers were typing into Google long before they knew Carat Craft existed.

Opple Lighting

Lighting Manufacturing

  • GCC

320%

Increase in B2B inquiries

Opple is a publicly listed, Shanghai-headquartered lighting manufacturer, one of the largest in the world, with a Dubai office running since 2004. None of that global scale meant much in the Gulf's commercial lighting market, where contractors, MEP consultants and developers tend to default to whichever brand they've specified on a previous job. Opple's size wasn't translating into being the name that came up when a regional buyer actually searched for a supplier.

The response stopped trying to compete on brand recognition and focused instead on being findable at the exact moment a project needed a supplier: keyword research built around specification-stage searches, sustained link building for organic authority, and Google Ads aimed squarely at buyers already comparing suppliers for a live project rather than browsing.

Holistic Health

Healthcare · Holistic Medical Centre

280%

Growth in footfall, calls & inquiries in 6 months

Holistic Healing Medical Centre in Umm Suqeim has treated around 150,000 patients over 30 years, combining homeopathy, Ayurveda and modern diagnostics. Its typical patient doesn't search the way most clinic marketing assumes, they're not typing "holistic clinic Dubai," they're searching their exact symptom, usually after several conventional doctors already told them everything looked normal.

Before any campaign launched, the search behaviour around specific chronic conditions, digestive issues, eczema, migraines, got mapped in detail, along with what someone exhausted by inconclusive answers actually needed to read to trust a different kind of clinic. Solution-focused content built around those exact pain points went live first, then Google Ads and Meta campaigns with dedicated landing pages followed to meet that search intent directly.

Caterpillar UAE

Heavy Equipment & Machinery

  • SEO
  • Google Ads
  • UAE

230%

Growth in genuine inquiries

Cat-branded equipment in the UAE, earthmoving machines, generators, materials handling gear, moves through an authorized dealer network across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, to project managers and procurement leads who need a specific machine for a live site now, not a brochure to read later. Real purchase and rental intent was getting lost inside a flood of general research traffic and tire-kicker inquiries that all looked identical in one shared inbox.

Search campaigns were split into dozens of tightly scoped groups by equipment category and use case, instead of one broad "heavy equipment UAE" push, paired with landing pages built specifically for rental versus purchase intent. On-site tracking then showed exactly where genuine buyers dropped off compared to browsers, and that data fed straight back into refining pages, copy and campaign structure.

Sugarmoo

E-commerce · Desserts & Gifting

210%

Lift in sales across channels

Sugarmoo has run dessert labs across Al Quoz, DIFC, Mirdif and Jumeirah since 2014, on a promise that's genuinely hard to deliver: fresh, made-to-order, under an hour. That's a tough claim to keep in a Dubai dessert-delivery category crowded with Instagram-native brands all chasing the same late-night impulse order. The challenge was really two different kinds of demand at once, the split-second craving order and the planned gifting order booked days ahead.

Google Merchant feeds and offer-led click-to-website campaigns captured the impulse side, while keyword research, on-page work and industry-specific link building built organic rankings for the planned, occasion-driven side. Together they gave the brand enough of a visibility base to expand from Dubai into Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and eventually Saudi Arabia without starting from zero in each new city.

Sky Dental & NOA Dental

Healthcare · Dental Clinics

  • SEO
  • UAE

155%

Traffic & revenue growth over 12 months

Both clinics operate out of Dubai's Jumeirah Lake Towers, a cluster with dozens of dental practices packed into a handful of buildings. NOA has built a patient base past 50,000 since 2005, and Sky Dental runs a genuinely multilingual practice across Arabic, Spanish, French, Dutch and German. Competing head on for "dentist Dubai" against that density of nearby practices was never realistic, and was never actually the point.

The real opening was the long tail neither clinic's larger competitors were bothering to target: specific procedures like computer-guided implants and cosmetic work, and the language-specific search behaviour that matched each clinic's real patient base. A focused keyword plan, disciplined on-page SEO and targeted local link building turned that visibility directly into booked appointments instead of rankings nobody could see a return from.

Work Permit Cloud

B2B Services · Immigration & Compliance

  • SEO
  • Google Ads
  • Meta
  • UK

154%

Lift in qualified leads in 6 months

Work Permit Cloud brought together IAA-regulated immigration advice, sponsor-licence compliance software and legal services under one roof, but UK immigration search terms are dominated by large directories and long-established firms with far bigger ad budgets. Trying to outbid them on a broad term like "UK visa lawyer" was never going to hold up, and given how anxious most of these searches are, an employer's sponsor licence at risk, someone's settlement status in limbo, generic ad copy wasn't going to earn trust either.

Competitor and market analysis shaped a niche content strategy instead, built around the specific compliance and sponsorship questions larger firms weren't answering, supported by consistent blogging to build topical authority. Paid activity on Google and Meta deliberately targeted low-CPC, high-intent keywords, keeping acquisition cost efficient as lead volume grew rather than spiking alongside it.

KPS

B2B · Contract Furniture

  • SEO
  • Retargeting
  • UAE

AED 1M+

In high-ticket business closed within 12 months

KPS fits out commercial interiors for clients like Adidas, Unilever and IBM through its Mart® furniture division, ISO-certified work aligned to BREEAM, WELL and LEED standards, sold through a procurement cycle that can stretch months from first search to signed contract. A facilities manager researching contract furniture today might not be ready to buy for another quarter, and most marketing budget disappears long before that decision ever happens.

Ranking on page one was treated as the starting line, not the finish. Competitor and market analysis drove niche content and blogging aimed at being found early in that research phase, while sustained retargeting kept the brand visible through the long, mostly invisible middle of the procurement journey, bringing decision-makers back at the point they were actually ready to commit.
